Maybe because he is split into 3branches and dsitributes legislation and judgement. He gives himself checks and balances. But then I am using our model of government to argue for why God doesn't get corrupted....hmmm, that's kinda funny:)

Because He isn't like man! Praise Him for that, it makes Him the only safe haven! I saw your other blog; Jesus Before Christianity and it encouraged me. (thank you). I was thinking about something like this the other day; and realized how truly awesome it is to know a God that was, is and is yet to come. Trips me out, we won't have all of our questions answered while we are here; however # 1 that is cool because it does enable us to to turn to God for answers (& my experience is He brings them when we sincerely seek) & # 2 that if we had all the answers to everything why would we need Him, or truly depend on Him? # 3 what would the definition of faith be if we had all of the above? I know that when we are with Him forever, He'll reveal all the mysteries He promises and He keeps His promises unlike man! Peace & Love in our Lord, Heather
